In November 2023, Singh was named in India’s squad for their 2023–24 tour of South Africa. On 19 December 2023, he made his One Day International (ODI) debut against South Africa. He is the first player from Aligarh to play in IPL. Rinku earned the spotlight after he hit five consecutive sixes to Yash Dayal‘s final over to help KKR beat Gujarat Titans (GT) in an IPL 2023 match; KKR needed 28 off the final five balls.
